He was friendly, very professional, and answered all my questions clearly about how mold happens in a home. His reasonable estimate and scope of work. What are the steps for mold remediation? Furthermore, I had delicate items around the work area. He was very successful in making sure that nothing was damaged. "Think floor demolition in a China shop" where none of the dishes gets broken. I highly recommend restoration Hunter if you have to deal with mold in the home.
Description of Work: The service provider did the demolition of a bathroom that had mold. Did a thorough washing.

After the traumatic and heartbreaking experience of the Palisades fires, we had to go ahead and hire a remediation company. We just finished our remediation with Brett from Hunter Restoration and our apartment smells and looks great! Brett and Braulio did a wonderful job! Not only did they do an amazing job with our unit and were very hardworking and dedicated to making our place look amazing… They were also very compassionate, understanding, patient and worked with us and our situation to be able to make this happen for us as smoothly as possible. I met with almost 8 remediation companies… I’m happy I went with them… I will definitely go back to them for any future jobs I have. I cannot recommend them enough! They did a fantastic job!
