I recently bought a new place and wanted to replace old wood flooring but discovered that asbestos was under the floors. I reached out to Baldwin Builders and they were prompt and efficient in the work I needed. I would recommend if you need asbestos removed.

I had checked three companies and this one had great reviews from the others. When I had called another company they couldn't start until the middle of March and I knew that wasn't going to work. I then called Baldwin Builders and the lady said they could come out in three days. I almost jumped for joy with this news. When they came out they were on time and began doing the work immediately. They had to remove flooring from two bathrooms and a front entry way. I don't believe they took a break until they were finished. I was so pleased with their pleasant personalities and the quick answers to my concerns that I was very much at easy as they did their work. When all was finished they not only cleaned everything up but left everything for the next project to be finished. I would recommend them to anyone

They responded to my estimate request the same day (Sunday) and removed two restore roof vents from my house the same week! Very pleased with their customer service and quick response.

On a referral we contacted Baldwin Builders to do asbestos abatement and removal of old air ducts from the attic. Not only were they professional, efficient, and reasonable, but the job was done promptly and they were immaculately clean in the house. I would definitely recommend this company. Very professional from beginning to end of project. Received call back immediately after my inquiry with instructions on submitting a picture to receive the quote. Quote was sent quickly with detailed explanation of job. Customer service followed up with me to ensure I understood quote. The two gentlemen who completed the job were professional, efficient, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that the asbestos removal was aligned to my upcoming furnace installation (i.e. called my furnace installer to ensure work was only being done in furnace room and not in attic). Customer service doesn't seem to have their stuff together. I had a job done and paid for in early April and I received a call TODAY 6-4-21 asking if I needed any asbestos abatement done for my house? This is only one of the things that happened to me with their office people. The guys who did the work were excellent. I wish their office staff where as good at their jobs!!! They do not have a grasp on what is happening in the field with the work their people are doing!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone the two guys that came out were very friendly and got the job done in a safe and clean way . They work as fast as they can even though it was hot that day . I received a call and their cost was significantly below the other quotes because they were nearby, As it happened, while we were talking about the little project (asbestos pick-up) his workers had just driven in to the shop from a job. We agreed on the coat and he sent them out to us. Within 1/2 hour, a need we had doe 2 years had been resolved with little effort, and very professionally and safely. Whish I had called sooner.
