"The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem. We had to have them come out again. He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair. They were OK with pricing. Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did. The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.
