"It went extremely well. Felipe worked on this quickly with another skilled worker (another great, talented, and friendly person). I'm extremely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond. He's capable of doing everything, and doing it extremely well. I've known him for awhile, for a smaller job he did for my in the past. We live roughly in the same neighborhood. The project included some plumbing replacement, adding insulation, a small roofing project with associated roof penetrations, a brand new kitchen from some cabinets and kitchen hardware I picked out, flooring, floor leveling with concrete, miscellaneous electrical work and improvements to my existing routing (including adding some fixtures), coordination with his countertop subconsultant, plaster repair with drywall, and EXTREMELY good finish carpentry (I can't imagine anyone else who would take the time and effort to do what he did here) I hired him before, I'd hire him again if he'd be interested (it sounds like in a few months we'll have some more work lined up?), and I am recommending him to my other architect friends. He's basically helped me renovate a great majority of my house, and an addition I built myself."

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"The job went great, they were always on time and did excellent work."

"I had a great experience working with Christopher and WyseOwl Property Inspection and Preservation. Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took care of several plumbing issues at my property, including replacing the main water shut-off valve, repairing the shower valve, and fixing the kitchen sink drain. Everything was completed as discussed, and I appreciated that he provided documentation detailing the work that was performed. His pricing was fair, he was straightforward about what needed to be done, and most importantly, he got the job completed without trying to add unnecessary work or surprise charges. It's always good to find someone you feel comfortable calling again when something comes up. I would definitely recommend Christopher and WyseOwl to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. I will be keeping his number for future projects."

"Very professional in and out with the work , makes it look easy , humble very respectable, knowledgeable in like craft ,my go to handyman! "The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!""

"Hands down a great handyman! Marvin is very friendly, helpful, professional and reasonable with his pricing for jobs. He unclogged and fixed my leaky sewage pipes under the house crawl space. He left it like brand new. I definitely recommend."

"Juan was careful and conscientious (patching, smoothing, and painting holes in walls left by recent electrical work). He took his time to make sure that things were done right and done well. I am very pleased with his care and attention and the quality of the work completed- the patches are smooth and undetectable, and the painting clean and precise. Highly recommended for home projects!"
