"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. "I had a great experience working with Christopher and WyseOwl Property Inspection and Preservation. Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took care of several plumbing issues at my property, including replacing the main water shut-off valve, repairing the shower valve, and fixing the kitchen sink drain. Everything was completed as discussed, and I appreciated that he provided documentation detailing the work that was performed. His pricing was fair, he was straightforward about what needed to be done, and most importantly, he got the job completed without trying to add unnecessary work or surprise charges. It's always good to find someone you feel comfortable calling again when something comes up. I would definitely recommend Christopher and WyseOwl to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. I will be keeping his number for future projects."

Small jobs welcome

"Hands down a great handyman! Marvin is very friendly, helpful, professional and reasonable with his pricing for jobs. He unclogged and fixed my leaky sewage pipes under the house crawl space. He left it like brand new. I definitely recommend."

"Nick was very communicative throughout the initial phase of the project. He assured me he and his partner were very experienced in executing the type of work I needed completed. Once his partner arrived at our house to assemble and install the wall bed unit, I knew that was indeed true. Alex came with everything he needed in case there were any missing parts and jumped right in to the assembly. He worked efficiently and was able to navigate the very complex assembly with skill and precision. Unit looks incredible and we are very happy with the result! Would definitely hire them again."

"Rick was amazing! Easy to schedule with him and his uncle came out promptly to seal the baseboards because my maintenance team was negligent at my rental. Very friendly professional, and really easy to work with! Highly recommend :-)"

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Yes, proper grounding rods and conductors are essential for an effective system.

In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.

One handy thing about whole-house dehumidifiers is, once installed, you don’t have to worry about placement or changing the dehumidifier’s position. But if you are using a portable dehumidifier, we suggest keeping it away from walls, vents, and furniture. It needs a central, unobstructed spot with access to lots of air to do its job.

The only real drawback to green building is that it’s more expensive up front, with per-square-foot prices sitting 33% higher than what you’d pay to build a traditional home. The higher cost is due to more expensive building materials and more labor to ensure every aspect of the home is as efficient as possible. However, green buildings often save money in the long run, so this is just a temporary downside.

Before you get started on your hydroponic garden project, decide on your garden’s location. For a small office or home garden, consider an indoor hydroponic garden. Contrarily, if you plan on making a profit from your hydroponic garden, you might need to rent land or indoor space to grow your plants.
