Atom Builders was quick to respond to my urgent request. Even though it was last minute, they made time to provide a thorough and professional assessment. They inspected both the interior and exterior of my roof, clearly showed me where the leak was coming from and the damage it caused, and even took immediate precautions by tarping the roof to prevent further problems. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Atom Builders to anyone in need of reliable and professional service.

Great Company, great people, especially Sam. He?s the man we dealt with and we couldn?t be happier. Guy knew his stuff and actually helped my wife and I make an informed decision, unlike many other contractors. He taught us so much we can probably work in roofing too Haha! 10/10 customer service, price and quality of work. Guy delivered exactly what he promised, and my wife and I are both very happy we went with these guys after dealing with a couple other roofing contractors. Finally never have to worry about this roof again.

Atom Builders is really a great company. Sam came over to give me an estimate and he was amazing. I knew I needed to get my roof done but I had no clue about the whole process, what to expect, licensing or any of that stuff, but Sam showed and explained everything from A-Z and really gave me the confidence I needed to finally get the job done, and I have no regrets whatsoever about moving forward with them. He was very knowledgeable about everything and educated me on the whole process. Very knowledgeable, caring and respectful young man. The whole process went very smoothly, the price was great and made sense. Their crew did a really nice job on the roof and it turned out amazing. Plenty more work I?m gonna give to these guys, and I?m definitely going to refer them to anyone I know that needs this sort of work done. Great work thank you ATOM BUILDERS! Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction, they came out a week before the rain storm and promised that my leaking roof will be waterproofed before the rains, they did an outstanding job and finished sooner then promised!! Highly recommend

I did not use this company, but feel as if they were trying to rob me of my money. I was quotes $15,650 to complete the roof sealing when I should have been paying no more than $1000 for my mobile home

The company was very responsive and very quick to get the job done.

Although this was a small project it was given the same consideration and priority as a bigger project. I was very impressed with how fast the job was completed. Would not recommend Atom Builders under any circumstances. They completely botched a roofing job at our building in Santa Ana. Left the roof uncovered right before a storm, which flooded units and caused ceilings to cave in. Mold started growing quickly, and instead of handling it the right way, they charged ahead without permits or testing for lead and asbestos. This is an old building?it obviously had both. We were told to just ?air things out? and not worry, even as walls were soaked and materials were clearly compromised. Then they brought in some guy who wasn?t even licensed to do mold inspection. Just used an app on his phone and said everything was fine. When the city showed up, they made Atom stop work on the spot for doing all of this without any permits. Turns out lead was confirmed later through actual testing. Meanwhile, people had to leave their homes and pay out of pocket just to be somewhere safe. I’m writing this review as the property owner of a 1920’s apartment building in Santa Ana. We hired Atom Builders for a full roofing project on our flat roof, and I can confidently say they delivered outstanding service from start to finish. During our course of the project we were unexpectedly hit with rain and strong winds which caused the protective tarp to shift and resulted in a leak, as soon as Atom Builders was notified their team responded immediately! They sent out a full crew to assess and address the issue without any delays. What truly stood out was their commitment to making things right. Without hesitation, they offered and provided AirBnBs for the affected tenants to ensure minimal disruption and offered full reimbursement for any damaged belongings. Beyond that they even repaired pre-existing issues in the units going well above and beyond. John was very helpful and showed great customer service. if you’re looking for a reliable company, Atom Builders is the one!

I?m sharing this to help others avoid the serious issues my family faced with Atom Builders. They were hired to re-roof our 1920s Santa Ana apartment but left the roof exposed despite clear storm forecasts. The building flooded, ceilings collapsed, and mold grew quickly. They began demolition without permits or required lead/asbestos testing. Project manager Art dismissed concerns, falsely claiming mold takes 3?6 months to form?contradicted by CDC/EPA guidance. They sent an unlicensed employee posing as a mold tester using a phone app, never providing credentials. The city confirmed no permits were pulled and stopped work. Proper testing later revealed lead paint, contradicting landlord and Atom?s claims. Our family was displaced over a month, fronting $5,000+ for Airbnb, reimbursed only after legal threats. When we returned, the unit was poorly repaired with lead dust and sloppy work. This wasn?t a miscommunication. It was systemic negligence endangering families. Ask hard ques

I discovered a water leak in my kitchen ceiling from the recent rain. I went on Angi and chose the assistance of ATOM BUILDERS roofing and was BAMBOOZLED. 1. ATOM BUILDERS cracked my bedroom drywall from the ceiling to the floor causing 2 pieces of art to fall to the floor. Their employee took pictures of the damage and since then I have been GHOSTED! 2. When ATOM BUILDERS worked on the garage roof, no tarp was put inside the garage to protect the contents. Their employee said it was my responsibility. 3. ATOM BUILDERS? website states that they will assist in determining if the roof repair or replacement is covered by insurance. I inquired and was told that my house was too old and would not be covered. I eventually decided to contact my insurance and they were of financial assistance. 4. ATOM BUILDERS was at my home for the final payment at the same time of my homeowner insurance representative. My representative attempted to ask some questions of their employee who was rude,

They did a great job on the rood and were so helpful. Mike, Sam and George treated me like my own grandson would, they helped out with carrying a lot of heavy things around and fixed other small things too. Great customer service and work, 10/10
