"Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other. His level of knowledge exceeded everyone else's, and he was wiling to make everything as clear as possible for us. We could barely hear any thing!! What a huge difference! The crew were cleaning after every day of work and were very professional.
