We were able to schedule them for the same week and the work was completed after 2 days of work. According to the technician that worked at our house, it was better to use the opportunity when the attic empty from the old insulation and to replace the ducts as well. "I am very satisfied with Best builders group. My main contact person was Zohar Regev who was very skilled and with great communication skills from the start of the work. Zohar originally set me up with his architect that worked with me to plan the room addition. The addition was an extra room and extended the back of the house. The architect took care of basically everything from start to end. The total price for the work was a bit higher than my budget but it was absolutely worth it. All the materials and final products for the work were high grade and the workmanship too. Zohar and his working crews worked each day including some weekends in order to get stay behind schedule. In the communication aspect of it, Zohar always kept me informed of the progress and what should I expect the following days/week. "The first and foremost reason I selected Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning to do the complete overhaul of my house' heating and cooling system with relocation was their professionally written estimate. It was quite detailed and comprehensive, a far cry from those of other bidders. Secondly, because of Arian G. who to make the story short recommended the addition of new supply and return vents to improve ventilation. He insists on having the HERS test and city inspection even if it would cost me $600 more to insure that things were done up to standards. The reason for the 3-star review is the behavior of their work crew. They came down seemingly unprepared. They did not have long enough ladder to get them to the roof so I had to let them use mine. They used my crowbar without asking. I could not communicate very well with the foreman. At the end of the day, they did not clean up their litters of bottles, wrappers and masks around the house. Despite all these, will I still recommend them to others? Maybe, but only after warning them about their work crew."
