We are extremely pleased with Eli and the entire ELM team! We needed to remove and replace attic insulation after the Eaton fire and our location blocks from the canyon. Eli outlined the scope of work and answered all our questions. Alex and his crew did a very professional job of completing the difficult work efficiently and as planned. Benjamin was very professional. He arrived on time, listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and wrote up the contract. The project began and finished the next day. His team of workers were amazing. They worked nonstop until the job was complete. They left my place clean. The owner of ELM came at the end of the job to make sure I was happy with the job. I?m so grateful I hired this company for this project.

After the Eaton canyon fire, I needed to replace my insulation. Eli and his team at ELM insulation did an excellent job cleaning my attic, my ductwork, and replacing my insulation. I highly recommend them not only for the quality of their work but also for their responsiveness from the first call to the last. ELM is a family business, is very service oriented and Eli was always available and great to work with.

I was recommended to this ELM by a friend. I needed my attic and air ducts cleaned after the Eaton fire. The price was phenomenal, and since my friend was happy with their work we scheduled for the following day. They were on time, they made sure we were safe while removing our old insulation and they worked all day. The project manager Liam, was a joy. He was friendly (our dog fell in love with him), and made sure the work was done. Eli, the owner was very easy to work with and explained everything. He even stopped by the worksite to check in. They left our home clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired Elm Installation Services for window replacement and had a good experience. First off, they answer the phone! Second, they get your materials ordered right away so that you are out waiting around for the no. To be done. Third, it is reasonably priced for the quality you are getting. Lastly, they are true to their word with being on time for the appointment and making it as convenient as possible. I work from home so it is very distracting to have workers hanging around. Not these guys! They were in and out and did not leave a mess. The workers were friendly and professional. Moreover, Eli is trustworthy and he gained my trust pretty much right away, which says a lot because I am a lawyer. Once I saw how professional he was I was able to relax because I knew I was being treated with respect and integrity and that he was not going to cheat me out of my money. I would recommended him to a friend or family and believe this is going to help with an on-going neighbor issue so I can sleep!

Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other. (At least thatâ s what itâ s sounds likeâ ¦) we talked to a few different contractors, most have offered us to inject insulation to the ceiling. We tried it, as it was not expensive, but, this did almost nothing. My husband who has very light sleep kept waking up every day at 5, what made our life very difficult. We did some due diligence and realized we need a much serious approach. When we talked to Eli at ELM, we understood right away thisbis the right contractor for us. His level of knowledge exceeded everyone else's, and he was wiling to make everything as clear as possible for us. The price wasnâ t cheap, as the construction included demo, installation of many materials and even lowering the ceiling. The project took about 2 weeks and we could see the difference right away. We could barely hear any thing!! What a huge difference! The crew were cleaning after every day of work and were very professional. I highly recommend ELM (make sure Eli is meeting youâ ¦.) for every Sound Proofing project. Thank you Eli (and pedro!)

I had a great experience with ELM we had very poor insulation in our attic and crawlspace.we interviewed a few different companies, and Eli gave us the best impression.
