"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"We hired DCCF to replace our front deck with Trex decking. We had a wood deck and painted railings that were getting dry rot. The new Trex decking and black metal railings really updated the look of our house. Their price was fair and they did a great job. "This was my first large-scale remodel, to my kitchen, and so I did not really know what to expect other than a basic idea of my vision. After interviewing with four other contractors I was happy to find Glad was able and willing to work with us and come up with a plan that would fit our budget. For example, the other guys all wanted to sell us custom cabinets where Glad recognized that pre-built cabinets would better serve our needs. Their staff were all professional and conscientious during the work and we love the end result! I would definitely recommend their company."
