I didn't realize how horrible my two previous home inspection experiences were until David from PurePoint came over. David was very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the area and home he was inspecting, the history of the city as it related to the types of homes in the area, and very very thorough. My uncle was there to assist me with aiding the inspection process, and after observing David work for a while he joked, "I wouldn't be surprised if this guy pulls out a magnifying glass." David was a sigh of relief from the mediocre-to-sub-par inspection appointments I had previously experienced. He was also clear, direct, and came very prepared. I received the completed report within 24hours. Hire him. Professionals like him deserve to be recognized for respecting value of their work and chosen field.
