"I hired Home 2 Renovate to repair/replace the fascia boards, stucco and paint on my house. From start to finish H2R was professional and very thorough. I had a project manager at my house at the end of each day checking to see if I had any questions and how things were going.(Rare, nowadays) The crew that was onsite did a great job as well. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their work was top notch. They also took attention to detail and went above what they were asked to do. "I've emailed American Patio Masters photos and measurements to replace an old carport in bad shape. <br /> Lynn called me and we discussed details and expected cost ranges. <br /> We set an appointment so that he can see the site and write a proposal. <br /> He was very knowledgeable and experienced, provided helpful advise about carport and also about the fence which was not included and otherwise.&nbsp; I appreciated his professional no pressure approach and answering my questions. <br /> Pablo and his team showed up on schedule a few weeks later. They removed the old carport and installed the new aluminum carport with steel columns and beams. <br /> Pablo was well responsive to my questions and showing me was was being done. <br /> The work was done well and with no complications in 2.5 days, well within the scheduled time, and the place was left clean. <br /> Communication with everyone was excellent. "Jeff and his crew were professional and experienced. I interviewed four companies. Patios by B &amp; B were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I felt most comfortable with Jeff's honesty, professionalism and experience. He was also very patient with our schedule due to the fact that we were having some major work done prior to him starting and that kept getting delayed. From our first meeting with him to signing the contract, he did everything to endear himself and his company to our needs. Jeff has great experience and also has many great ideas and design choices. Something you do not think about much is the quality of the product that is installed. Jeff made us feel like we were getting great value for the quality of the product used. The next concern that we had was the experience and workmanship of the actual laborers. We never had that concern with Jeff and his crew. It was the same people showing up everyday and you could tell with how well they worked together that they knew what they are doing. Take the time to ask as many questions as you want.
