"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. He quoted a price of $110. We have had so many bad experiences with rooter services before. Other than getting a little lost getting to the property, once he arrived he did the job quickly and thoroughly. Again, unlike so many drain clearers, he did not try to up-sell us on using some fabulous new equipment that costs $400 or so. He did the job. Said it was not too bad. He charged what he said he would charge. Cleaned up properly and was off. He was a very nice man and efficient. I would use them anytime.
