"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "Water was backing up into the tub and sink of a small house we own. It was a Sunday afternoon and we called The Drain Co. The serviceman called back and told us he could come later in the afternoon. He quoted a price of $110. We have had so many bad experiences with rooter services before. Other than getting a little lost getting to the property, once he arrived he did the job quickly and thoroughly. Again, unlike so many drain clearers, he did not try to up-sell us on using some fabulous new equipment that costs $400 or so. He did the job. Said it was not too bad. He charged what he said he would charge. Cleaned up properly and was off. He was a very nice man and efficient. I would use them anytime.

"Service was wonderful, we needed help on a Sunday, and Jose Garcia came to our house and did a quick service. We thought it was a quick fix, but the next morning it started to back up again. We called that morning, they came out again and was told that it would be more work. Two more worker, Oliver and Jesus, came the next morning and by 2pm, all the work was done and my bathroom was cleaner then what they had walked into. I will definitely be using them for any future needs."
