"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work.
