The repair service went fine. I was very happy with it. The issue was with Angie's part of it. The wording on the deal said one thing, but the plumbing company didn't realize the deal was not written as they wanted. After much back & forth with Angie's List to no avail, the plumbing owner and I came to a compromise. I appreciated his professionalism and customer service. Angie's List was of absolutely NO HELP at all, and denied any responsibility. They even changed the wording from the deal I had printed out to a different deal. Unbelievable cheek! I would give Angie's an F on this deal if I could. If this plumber sticks with Angie's, I'm sure the deal will be corrected, so do not let my review cloud your use of No-Clogg Plumbing. Just make sure you both agree to the deal beforehand.

Very well — fast, clean, reasonable

After calling 4 other plumbers who never picked up the phone or returned my call, No Clogg Plumbing not only answered the phone, but agreed to come over same morning! Baron was very polite, professional, and worked quickly to fix the problem. He let me know what we might consider doing in the future if we continue to have this issue and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended!

It went well. They called and told me they were running late. They were knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem.

Fixed shower and refrigerator problem. Charged $300 to fix sprinkler and did not fix. Charged $300 for shower and refrigerator. Never given a bill. Just oral charge. Asked for a receipt. Never received. No guarantee on work.

CARL IS AMAZING! Very honest thorough and he showed me a couple tricks on keeping pipes running smoothly! Carl is unlike most plumbers, he listened and helped resolve all my problems and encouraged me not to spend a ton of money on a bunch of things for my old home! Very honest! His opinion was greatly appreciated and I am thankful I met Carl!

Carl arrived on time. He was told I had a clogged drain and was surprised it was just a leaky faucet. Problem was that he did not have the parts to fix it so he had to leave to get the parts. That took about 45 minutes. He made the repairs. He didn't know anything about the Angie's List promotion I had signed up for and was going to charge me $155. I balked at that and said I would pay $75 since plumbers I used in the past usually cost that much. The next day I noticed the handle on the faucet was wobbly like it was going to fall off. I called and it took over a week before Carl was able to make it back. Apparently it was just a loose screw, which he tightened. Everything works fine now. I was pretty miffed about the whole thing considering it ended up costing me more than if I had called a local plumber. I not only paid the $75 to these guys but I was also charged $29, which according to the promotion was supposedly for the service call with an additional $30 to be deducted from the repairs. So total it was $104-not much of a deal really.

Baron arrived on time, got the job done efficiently. Pricey, but he answered my call and showed up the next morning, so I was pleased.

Baron arrived promptly, had put on his shoe covers to keep our carpet clean, and got the job done in 15 minutes. Fast and painless. Baron is very friendly and professional.

Baron and his team were awesome. They figured out the problem and saved me a lot of future distress. They were accurate and if I ever have a problem I would rely on them again.

The repair of the leaky shower head necessitated going thru an adjacent closet wall (plaster) to access the pipes behind the shower. Baron noted that the leak was also occurring in the wall, which we were not aware of; in addition to the fact that our pipes are old (and not copper) and our home would need re-plumbing sometime in the future. Work was efficient including complete clean up of work space. Repair cost was competitive and fair as compared with other estimates.

I contacted the provider both by email and by phone to get an appointment scheduled and I have not heard anything from them.

No Clogg Plmg. Replaced my water heater with a new tankless. They healed away the old one and cleaned up after the wk. was done. They did everything in a very professional way, great job. I was more than satisfied.

I called No-Clogg plumbing and left a message about my issue. I got a call back within 30 minutes and Baron said he would be there within 2 hours. He showed up and knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed it immediately and even fixed a clogged faucet and unattached stopper while he was at it!!

((sigh)) After purchasing the deal I tried to schedule using the calendar on the side which was open for the following three days. When I finally called the provider he said he was "out-of-town for ten days". When he did show up (solo), he first complained about our house being on a cul-de-sac. Then said he wouldn't do the job because the clean-out was further than two feet from the house. Seems like a nice enough guy, but not at all apologetic that I had waited almost two weeks with my clogged sewer line. He took one glance and said "no way" to the work and to "call Angie's you can get your money back". I checked again an there was nothing in the fine-print about the clean-out needing to be two-feet from the the exterior. The next company i hired had no problem (Rooter Alert-excellent), but they asked questions about the property in advance and sent out two guys. Hydrojetting is really a job for two or more techs. Angie's was good about the refund, and asked that I write a detailed review. They also sent me a $10 Shell gas card, though I don't know if this was related.

It was super clear that we had the main line in need of a plumber's assistance as it was all backing up in to our tub. I searched for an Angie's List Deal but actually more just to see reviews on different companies. This plumber popped up with a deal and great reviews. I decided to call right away and skipped the deal so that I could be certain that we could get an appointment right away otherwise we would likely have to seek a different plumber as we only have one bathroom and needed immediate assistance. We were so super impressed because this thoughtful company returned our call right away and the communication was GREAT! We told them we really needed someone as soon as possible and he made certain he came between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Within a short time the drain was cleared out we had our house back. It is an awesome feeling to now know of a reliable and considerate plumber who not only has reasonable prices but goes out of their way to fit you in what I could tell was already a pretty well booked day. We thank you so much - and the price was just a few dollars more than the Angie's List Deal so you really could not beat same day (almost same hour) service at a Deal price. I'm still so grateful as this could have been a super extra challenging day or two without your immediate help. Highly recommended for sure.

He showed up early and quickly took care of the problem. Was excellent. Informative without pressuring.

We actually talked to the owner listed on the company details. He said he would be here the same day. Never showed up. Never bothered to call back. We left us hanging with clogged drain. That was my day off, wasted my time, if he couldn't make it that day, at least tell us and I would be fine to look for another plumber. But to say he would be here at certain time and no show, very unprofessional. Anyone else want to try him out!??!

I always feel like Im in a jam when I call a plumber. Almost like I have to go with whatever they say because I just want it fixed! But No Clogg was extremely professional. I figured I try them out since they were referred to me by a local restaurant who use them frequently. Highly recommennded.
