The repair service went fine. I was very happy with it. The issue was with Angie's part of it. The wording on the deal said one thing, but the plumbing company didn't realize the deal was not written as they wanted. After much back & forth with Angie's List to no avail, the plumbing owner and I came to a compromise. I appreciated his professionalism and customer service. Angie's List was of absolutely NO HELP at all, and denied any responsibility. They even changed the wording from the deal I had printed out to a different deal. Unbelievable cheek! I would give Angie's an F on this deal if I could. If this plumber sticks with Angie's, I'm sure the deal will be corrected, so do not let my review cloud your use of No-Clogg Plumbing. Just make sure you both agree to the deal beforehand.

The job was done perfectly

Fixed shower and refrigerator problem. Charged $300 to fix sprinkler and did not fix. Charged $300 for shower and refrigerator. Never given a bill. Just oral charge. Asked for a receipt. Never received. No guarantee on work.

After calling 4 other plumbers who never picked up the phone or returned my call, No Clogg Plumbing not only answered the phone, but agreed to come over same morning! Baron was very polite, professional, and worked quickly to fix the problem. He let me know what we might consider doing in the future if we continue to have this issue and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended!

CARL IS AMAZING! Very honest thorough and he showed me a couple tricks on keeping pipes running smoothly! Carl is unlike most plumbers, he listened and helped resolve all my problems and encouraged me not to spend a ton of money on a bunch of things for my old home! Very honest! His opinion was greatly appreciated and I am thankful I met Carl!

Carl arrived on time. He was told I had a clogged drain and was surprised it was just a leaky faucet. Problem was that he did not have the parts to fix it so he had to leave to get the parts. That took about 45 minutes. He made the repairs. He didn't know anything about the Angie's List promotion I had signed up for and was going to charge me $155. I balked at that and said I would pay $75 since plumbers I used in the past usually cost that much. The next day I noticed the handle on the faucet was wobbly like it was going to fall off. I called and it took over a week before Carl was able to make it back. Apparently it was just a loose screw, which he tightened. Everything works fine now. I was pretty miffed about the whole thing considering it ended up costing me more than if I had called a local plumber. I not only paid the $75 to these guys but I was also charged $29, which according to the promotion was supposedly for the service call with an additional $30 to be deducted from the repairs. So total it was $104-not much of a deal really.

The repair of the leaky shower head necessitated going thru an adjacent closet wall (plaster) to access the pipes behind the shower. Baron noted that the leak was also occurring in the wall, which we were not aware of; in addition to the fact that our pipes are old (and not copper) and our home would need re-plumbing sometime in the future. Work was efficient including complete clean up of work space. Repair cost was competitive and fair as compared with other estimates.
