Once I had a clogged sewer line that somehow Don was able to accurately locate a broken pipe , in my front yard which he then dug a trench and replaced the pipe. Don has replaced my water heater, including replacing wood caused by water damage underneath the heater. I have had clogged sinks which he has cleared quickly at a very reasonable price. "John and his son Gavin were nothing short of fabulous. They were professional, conscientious and very efficient about ensuring everything was perfect while installing my new garbage disposer. Unlike most change-outs, my old disposer was bolted in and rusted out - (I should have taken pictures, it was awful) - which required heavy-duty cutting and a lot of extra labor. Yet in the end - there was no extra charge! These guys are a team and went above and beyond what was expected. Unreal and unbelievable. Thank you John and Gavin for being a GREAT TEAM! Very happy!"

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
