"I requested appointment for estimate from the company on March 6 . Wesley came on the 12th. Got an initial estimate for lawn and paver in the back yard only. This estimate was under the presumption that I will cut off the Chinese elm tree in the backyards where I want to have the paver installed. Initially we were to start the project in June because of his busy schedule. He found an opening in April 21 for me. I was very happy about that. Before we started, I changed my mind about the tree. I wanted to keep it. I also counsel him about two problems I had with regard of the walkway on the side being too narrow in the front and there was drainage problem issue. He came up with a great idea to solve my problems by raising the level of the back yard and graded down thru the walk way to the front. This way we don't have to worry about the surface root of my Chinese Elm tree ruining the pavers also.
I found Wesley very easy to talk to and is eager to help me. I totally trusted his judgement. We communicated via e-mail most of the time. He is the best contractor I worked with. I interviewed 4 others contractors before him. His team came on time everyday. Wesley supervise them everyday and also worked with them(hand on). They finished on schedule and clean up before they leave. They did an excellent job. My backyard had never looks so good. I will have many happy days enjoying my nice back yard with my family thanks to their great work. I definitely recommend this company to everyone who need landscape work done.

"We had a stoppage in our patio drainage system near where several pipes meet. It wasn't clear exactly what the best avenue of attack would be. I suggested one opening which I thought was the straightest shot to the problem, but there was another the tech wanted to try first. That one seemed to lead to a T that couldn't be passed. The tech then used my original suggestion and that turned out to do the trick after some struggle with the blockage. There is usually an additional charge for going down more than one drain hole, but since success came with my original suggestion there was no additional charge which I thought was fair. In any event problem solved quickly and for the agreed upon price.
BTW, concerning the price, there is a rate sheet on their web page that lays it all out which I appreciate. There are 3 tiers: regular, overtime and double time which correspond to regular hours, off hours/weekends, and late hours/sunday/holidays. I had the work done on a Saturday morning so the indicated rate was overtime. However, there was a moment of confusion at the point of final payment when the office claimed it should be double time since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The rate sheet, original over the phone conversation and the quote from the tech on arrival all were for the overtime not the double time rate. To their credit, this was honored without too much fuss. The take away here is make sure you know which rate you are expected to pay especially when you are booking on or near a holiday. For example, is the Saturday of Easter weekend double time? It might be.
