"Wesley and his Sierra ***** Landscape crew are great! We started to redo our backyard when we moved into our house in Monrovia, but we got too busy and didn't know how to approach the space, so our backyard has spent the last year and a half filled with dirt, weeds, and leftover bits of concrete and rock from our cleanup work. We finally decided to call a pro, so we gave Wesley a call. He listened to our wishes, drew up a landscape plan at no cost, and provided a reasonable quote for all of the work. He was very communicative during the early process to get the plan and budget where we wanted. Within a week and a half he and his crew demolished the existing cement patio, repaved, weeded, leveled the yard out, added a drip system for our fruit trees and any future plantings, laid down sod and a sprinkler system, and added wood chips. Our yard looks amazing! He was easy to talk to throughout the whole process and his crew was efficient and clean. He has also come back up multiple times since completion to check on the project and the watering on our new grass - it's clear he cares about his work and his customers. Couldn't recommend the team more!"

"They coated our roof with something like clear plastic. The product is called elastomeric. We are very happy with everything they did. We have already had them back to put in some downspouts. They also cleaned the gutters. I would use them again and recommend their service."

The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. "Our main sewer line backed up on Saturday afternoon. After a bit of research on Angie's List, I called The Drain Company around 3:00 and was given a verbal dollar estimate ($145 minimum on the weekend) and a time estimate of between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. I received a call from Kent at 5:15 PM that he was on the way. He arrived about a half an hour later. He sent the snake down the line, and it soon cleared the clog. He left it going for several extra feet to make sure to clear any additional roots all the way to the street.

"From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling. We are very happy with everything they did for us and our remodeling present how professional and knowledgeable this company is as well as thorough and original."
