"Tom Wilhelm and his main helper, George, are both very professional and knowledgeable.  They arrive on time, do a great job for a fair price, and warranty their work.If we had an emergency, Tom was always willing to fit us in to take care of us; night or weekend, no problem.A tragedy has occurred in this family and business.  I understand that Tom's son will attempt to carry on with the business.  The times he worked for me he did a great job, although not as good as his father.  I wish him the best of luck.Odd that all these people are posting complaints about no one calling them back; obviously they're not reading what happened."
