(An aside - if you have a piano, ask Brian to play a few minutes for you - he is quite good.) Interestingly, the chimney was swept from the top, up on the roof. Also, although I had expected at least some small amount of soot to get into the house, absolutely none did. Oh, a comment on costs. The initial chimney sweep and inspection was $139.00, as indicated below. The repair work came to $550.00."

"Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again.

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"This is the second time we hired Zohar and his people to do remodeling and construction work for us. Last spring he remodeled our master and guest bathrooms and did a great job. This time, the job was much bigger. Zohar worked with us to architect a new kitchen. He is very creative and has seen just about every kind of kitchen, so he gave us a wonderful way to change our kitchen and to open it to our den. He did computer renderings to give us a visual view of his ideas. Sofia, who runs the office, was a wonderful help. She did all of the ordering and scheduling, and even took time on a Saturday to help us shop for counter top granite and back splash tile designs. We were new at it, and her help was greatly appreciated. We ended up with a beautiful new home and an amazing kitchen that my wife and I both love. Zohar is a man of his word, and takes his reputation seriously. Whenever there was an issue, during the long and complex construction period, he had it corrected promptly, and if it was an error on his part, he had it fixed at his own expense. As the job progressed, we did expand the scope in several areas. Zohar and Sofia worked with us and provided us with delta quotes for the extra work. "OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."
