Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! "They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "
