"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"I have what turned out to be a 30 year old water heater replaced by this great company and they did it the same day of the quote. The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

Huft responded to a weekend emergency call (Sunday).  My air conditioner went out during a heat wave.  I was amazed that they came out within a couple hours of my call.  The technician, James, called an hour beforehand to assure me he would be out.  When the tech came into my house he covered his shoes with plastic booties which I appreciated because I don't wear shoes in my home.  The repair was done in less than an hour. He quickly determined that the capacitor was burned out. James showed me the one he was replacing, hooked it to a tester to show me the rating and then hooked it to the new one so I could see the difference.  I didn't need "proof" because the air was running COLD upon replacement of the part.   

James noticed a new A/C filter still in the package by my door and offered to change it for me.  This was an unexpected and welcome level of service because I can't reach the inflow thing on the ceiling.  I can't say enough good things about the service I received, the technician was polite, professional and honest, all this at a very reasonable price!  I am so glad I checked Angie's list first.  Thanks Angie!  LOL

Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "Arayik was great. He worked mostly by himself. We had a downstairs bathroom that seriously needed an upgrade. Everything looks great and works. We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design. We are probably going to hire him again for our upstairs bathroom."
