"Excellent. Highly recommend Wiseman Home Improvement for bathroom remodels. Here are some of the reasons why: 1) The people they work with are fantastic. For example, the quartz countertop firm was a pleasure to work with and made the selection a lot of fun. I could go on and on but one more example: The plumber was excellent and provided insight during construction as to improvements in the project plumbing without increasing the costs. 2) Phil worked with us to design the bathroom. We changed our minds several times and he rebid the project for us a few times. He was very patient and helped us with design ideas. He has done many bathroom remodels and is willing to share ideas and photos of other projects they have done. 3) During construction we made changes to the work such as replacing the exterior window. They were very helpful in making the changes and worked around them. Their pricing for the extras was reasonable, and we don't feel they took advantage of the situation. 4) The project was completed without unexpected change orders. They are good for their word, and they don't try to take advantage of you. 5) We are contracting with them to remodel our other two bathrooms this year."

"DaBella came with very good references but wanted to completely replace all the siding on the house rather than do the limited repair. We never got to the paint pricing as they aggressively pursued the siding replacement. I continue to get calls from the sales department even though I repeatedly tell them I am not interested. I get the impression that they do not keep good records of their sales calls. The last time I told them not to call again but i expect this may continue......"

"I hired this company to renovate a garage that was converted into a family room approx 60 years ago by my parents. The space included a shower, toilet, in small area. After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else. "I received a quote for $229 to replace the track. Nothing was said about "plus parts". Maybe I am just inexperienced at this but I feel an estimate should include cost of parts or other incidentals that may increase the cost or at least be forewarned that the quote doesn't include it, isn't that why we ask for estimates? Also when the guys came out to fix it I asked them to take a look at the rollers and asked if they could be replaced as well since the door is getting old. I was told it's a good thing because the rollers had disintegrated. They had to leave the house to buy the parts, I understand this for the rollers since I was under the impression they weren't needed but the track should have been in their possession when they came to my house. Fortunately it Didn't take extra time as one guy stayed behind and was cleaning the track, just seemed inefficient to me. Also when I offered my VIsa I was told they have a 2.7%-4% charge for using it. I have never heard of this before! I opted to write a check just because I don't like the idea of being charged to use my card. Not cheap, just on retirement income so it all counts. Now as far as the work goes, the door seems to work very well. The men were on time and quite friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I have no complains as far as the work or the men goes. I'm not sure I would use again, but if I did I would want to know cost of labor and parts and I would like to be told if there's going to be an upcharge to use my card before doing the work. It may be a small amount but does not sit well with me. I'm not buying gasoline, I'm repairing something that is broken."

You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!"
