We had a major rodent infestation in our home, so we hired NorCal Rodent Proofing to come and resolve the problem. The owner was very meticulous, had good attention to detail, and made sure that we were very satisfied with the job. One year down the track, we have had no further issues with rodents.

Paul, the owner, was great. We removed 11 rodents and patched up holes and netting where the rats were entering. Paul was very detailed and always wanted to make sure the customer was happy. I would strongly recommend their services.

My worst nightmare came true when I heard scurrying and running noises in the ceiling crawl space. We had rats!! I am so glad I decided to go with Paul and his team out of the various listings that came up through my search. We got prompt response and they got started right away. Paul and his team helped us got rid of the rats, sanitized the space and installed new insulation. Paul doesn’t give you the run around and is very to the point. His team is very respectful and careful when they’re at your house to do the job. (They took off their shoes before coming inside, every time). Paul personally came to the job site prior and after the job to make sure we were happy with the work they did. I feel so safe once again! We’re very satisfied customers. Definitely will use Paul’s service again and highly recommend to anyone!

Paul was amazing. He was professional, thorough, and got the job done. He took our call on a Friday afternoon and came over at 6 that same day to assess the situation. He did some triage that night and then came back the following day to rat proof the entire house. He sealed every possible point of entry and laid traps. He came back on Monday to check. During his visit, he was able to locate and scare the rat into the open. He then cornered and killed it. It was amazing. No civilian could have done what he did. If you have a rat problem, I highly recommend you call Paul. I gave his contact info to all my neighbors.
