Oren also had awesome ideas and recommendations on how to attain your dream home. He knows house histories, and why houses were built in a certain way! He is unlike any other contractor that will just throw out random price of how much the renovation could cost you without showing you hard proof. I am a visual learner, so when he made this amazing 3D design using the exact measurement of my house, he by far blown my mind with his experience and knowledge. It even gave me a chance to actually change few things that did not quite look right with kitchen. He will make sure you will enjoy and have fun designing your home. SOD Home GroupWe highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. SOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. RestoreX, LLCI couldn't be happier with the service that I got from RestoreX at every point in the process and highly recommend them! They were professional, honest, and cleaned up after themselves! We had a bad water leak under the kitchen floor, the connection on one of the pipes that had been replaced 5 years earlier had failed and the water from the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine was all accumulating under the kitchen floor. I called RestoreX on a Wednesday at about 4:45pm, they asked for the approximate square footage of the area which I gave them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They sent a service manager out first thing Thursday morning and he established the damage had gone all the way under the dining room floor. He said they'd be out first thing on Friday to do the work, which they did. On Thursday afternoon they sent me a quote that was within the range they had quoted me over the phone even though the area was larger. The work was completed in about two hours and there was no mess left even though they had to take out all the mud under the floor (the water had luckily dried up because we weren't using the appliances). They left a big fan on the outside of the house attached to the duct in the kitchen until the following Wednesday to dry it up and sealed all the vents around the house. The duct collapsed over the weekend, but when I called on Sunday, someone answered and said they'd be out in the morning to fix it, which they did. Fantastic service, thank you RestoreX!- Kathleen F.

Our refrigerator flooded our kitchen - exposing a small, long-term leak that had slowly destroyed our cabinets, drywall, and floors without for years our knowledge. We now had ourselves a water damage AND a mold problem and had no idea where to start. We were lost and stressed and didn't know who to call. I did a quick search and found FWDR because of all of their amazing Yelp reviews. One call to FWDR turned a stressful situation into a manageable project with knowledgeable support all along the way. Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. My hot water pipe's pin-hole leak was now fixed; however, I had water underneath my engineered wood floors, and my drywall and 1-3/4 inch sub-floor was wet. I did my research on BBB and other review sites for local water damage restoration businesses. All Dry and Tidy was A+ with 5-stars everywhere! Called Mike Crawford. He came that afternoon at the appointed time, did a thorough review including the crawl space, took moisture sensing numbers, answered my questions, price was reasonable and I hired him on the spot! He brought in his equipment and was able to start that afternoon the drying process. His removal of baseboards and flooring was professionally done, including the clean-up. Due to the age of the house, he told me that I most likely had asbestos in my drywall. Mike coordinated everything for me! He arranged another company to do the testing and yes, it had asbestos. The asbestos abatement company then came followed by the lab work to ensure that everything had been removed. The process was seamless! Mike, a sole proprietor, came out daily, including weekends, to monitor the equipment and measure the moisture reduction. In the (hopefully) unlikely event that I get another leak, would I hire Mike again? Absolutely yes! Definitely would recommend due to his knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service! Thank you, Mike, for all that you did for my home!
