Our crawl spaces are very expansive. It took a day for the workmen to clean the areas, remove the insulation, pour the concrete, and set-out traps to make sure that there wasn't any new animal activity in our crawl space. A week later, the workmen came to check the traps and then install new wall and ceiling insulation. The workmen were punctual, diligent, courteous, and tidy. It's great to finally have the area cleaned-up and knowing that we'll have minimal, if any, future animal and rodent activity. We also signed-up for RRS's annual maintenance program at a very reasonable cost. Our biggest shout out is for owner James. He was outstanding to work with - honest, responsive, professional, and very considerate in working with us on the payment arrangements. I highly recommend Reliable Rodent Solutions!

They were not able to eliminate the rats until the tenants that were part of the problem moved out
Their customer service was responsive when they thought they would be able to get more services for cleaning up after the issue. Once the cleaning was done they were difficult to get on the phone even though the rats were still present
They needed to do a better job identifying the source of the problem

The experience I had with them was very good.  I like the way they did the inspection and they were very conscientious about closing the opening but 15 months later, they are back in my attic.  So these guys are going to show up again tomorrow.  I think they did a good job but on the other hand it looks like I?m going to have them back too.  So I?m  not sure how to answer your question on how good is their service.  However, I like them because they were very conscientious about looking for entries where the rodents might get in.  But I cannot answer how efficiently their work is.   

I don't remember having any problems with their punctuality.

Very responsive, on time, professionally done, took pictures before and after the cleanup, followed up to check traps later next week.

My comments - 
Technician arrived on time, but only walked the exterior of the home, and agreed with the key areas I pointed out to him.  He never entered the attic or crawlspace, where rodents tend to gather - 
I expected a more thorough inspection and determination of course of action to remove pests, based on their website-  he spent less than 10 minutes there and never returned, nor did anyone call about further work, as suggested.  
I was essentially duped for $245 -

Arrived on time. Inspected the premises, made suggestions, provided a contract, all within an hour.Estimator was professional, knowledgeable & friendly.Unfortunately basic services and suggested additional services were beyond our budget. The company has recently changed hands since Angie's List rated them.

They inspected exterior of house, identified openings, gave estimate. Came back a second time to seal openings and set traps. Came back a third time to pick up traps. No chemicals used. The only reason I gave them a B is that they did not know how to handle the coupon from Angies list, and this required an extra visit that I had to take time off work for. The first visit could have been avoided if they realized how the coupon worked.

Reliable Rodent solutions came and sealed up our attic and crawlspace to prevent rats and other animals from getting into our house.  They were punctual and efficient.  They have since laid traps to clear out any rats that may have been trapped and will come back as many times as necessary to get rid of any remaining animals.  They offer a 1 year guarantee on their work.  While the service was pricey, they did a good job.

Good.  Workers were very personable and professional.  Ugly work, but they didn't complain.

Noticeable difference of absence of many rats; however there appears to be one still running around inside walls.  We suspect a young one.

Rodent activity in the basement and attic areas........After sealing points of entry they set traps.......Caught  three in all and continue to set  traps and check on them weekly until all activity is seemingly over.

The technician seemed nice and friendly up front, but was kind short and blunt once booked for the job. I'm sure they did an ok job securing the place since I had already done a lot of the work, but they got 3 townhouses done in about an hour and 15 minutes. I wonder if that was enough time to do a thorough job. They did seal a foundation to sill board gap with expanding foam insulation which probably was out of scope for the job. Also, they were honest enough to tell me that the attic did not deserve a full clean up - removing the insulation, cleaning droppings and replacing with new insulation. That would have been well north of $1000. So kudos to them for that. However, they never came back to remove the traps in the attic. I scheduled a pickup, but the timing was not going to work. I didn't want to waste a whole Saturday waiting for them to show up to do a 5 minute job. So I did it myself. I saw that all they had done was to put a couple of mouse traps. A rat would have laughed at such a puny trap! Bottom line, you'll probably get the job done, but that's all. Overall a 6+ out 10. In fairness, I doubt if any other related businesses are any better.

I noticed that an animal chewed through a screen leading to the crawl space under my home.  I contacted Reliable Rodent Solutions and they arrived within one hour.  The inspection for potential points of rodent entry was free.  They located 3 potential entries and provided me with an estimate of $295 to seal the entries, set traps, and repeatedly return to check or reset traps until no more activity was observed.  They also guaranteed their work for one year.  The completely fulfilled the scope of work.  It did not cost any more than the estimate.  They returned 3 times to check and reset traps. The rat was taking the bait, but not getting caught in the trap. They tried a smaller trap and that worked.  They were always very professional, they were on-time and they are cost-effective.
