After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. "For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit.
