Kreate Remodels

We hired Kreate for our bathroom remodel. Master and guest bathroom. Any remodeling projects can be such a challenge- the time, money, and decision that goes into making your project turn out the way you envision it. But I really enjoyed working with Jared and his team because they were very thorough with their work, very neat and clean in their workspace and also very honest about what needs to be done. You can tell they had the experience needed to make sure your remodel is done right. Highly recommend.

Jared , the owner used to be my pool guy when I moved into my current house about 9 years ago, hr was great but sold the route because wanted to focus on tiling and remodeling. Fast forward a few years and I needed to get my guest bathroom done. I had it done previously and the work was shotty, tiling was not done well, floor was uneven, I needed it all redone and redone right. I remembered Jared was doing remodels and I hit him up. He came and gave me an estimate, it seemed a bit high but then I was basing it off of what I paid previously and guess what I got crappy craftsmanship. He gave me an itemized estimate and it all made sense. Hired him and he banged out the whole bathroom remodel by himself only subbing out the plumbing. He did the demo, removed my vanity but was able to save the expensive custom carrera marble countertop. He installed 6x12 carrera marble for the tub surround, installed a new tub and 12x24 carrera marble on the floor. Installed the vanity back, did the faucet hook up and installed the toilet. I was so impressed I knew I was going to hire him to do my master bathroom next which I was not satisfied with the previous craftsmanship. He did my guest bathroom in 2020 and I saved up enough money and had him do my master bathroom this October. His business is doing well he has 2 people he works with now. They did the demo, took out two vanaties saving the marble tops again, took out a bug corner tub saving giant pieces of marble surround to repurpose later. They installed over 200 sq ft of tile on the floor, over 100 sq of marble for the shower, also made my shower curbless (second floor bathroom, this was not easy but they made it look easy) they repurposed the marble slab and used it on the bench in the shower, installed a new stand alone tub, repainted everything, got me new custom mirrors, honestly my bathroom looks amazing. I might add his wife is now involved and she helped me find time and got me great prices on certain items as well with her discount. I honestly may have Jared do my last bathroom, actually its not a question, I will. I totally recommend him.

One bathroom he made the shower cureless so that my elderly mother can easily be rolled into the shower when needed. In the master bathroom, he removed the bathtub and expanded our shower so we get a spa experience. His tile work is superb. His prices were reasonable, and the workmanship excellent. We definitely received great value for our money. We would hire him in a heartbeat to do more work in our home with needed.
