He did a general cleaning and I had to clean behind him once he left because he left fingerprints all over the place with dirt as he wore no gloves as he cleaned. He was not able to follow instruction and I had to call in every time. I had a request to explain what I want done. He informed me basic cleaning, I explained to him that I requested a deep cleaning. So unfortunately, I had to pay another company to come out and do a deep cleaning."
