One Time Interior House Cleaning
The person arrived one hour early, which was a problem. I was not ready to receive him. And it took 2 extra hours which might have been 1 extra hour if he had arrived between 9-10am as I was told when I paid the initial 4 hours. The company needs to give an accurate time window.

Had originally requested a full deep cleaning. Verified twice over the phone and the person that came out did not speak English. He did a general cleaning and I had to clean behind him once he left because he left fingerprints all over the place with dirt as he wore no gloves as he cleaned. He was not able to follow instruction and I had to call in every time. I had a request to explain what I want done. He informed me basic cleaning, I explained to him that I requested a deep cleaning. So unfortunately, I had to pay another company to come out and do a deep cleaning.

The crew cleaned on a Saturday and the office made a follow-up call the following Monday to make sure the client was satisfied with the service, but we never got any feedback or complaint from the client. Whenever a client is dissatisfied, the crew will return to correct any errors. We apologize for any inconvenience."

The service was exceptional. I hired a cleaner to do a deep clean i my home - cleaning blinds, window sills and baseboards and the cleaner went above and beyond. I will use the service again

Lorraine from Maid with Joy is absolutely lovely. She was so understanding about my needs and even sent her kind cleaner, Armando, in advance to assess the house. I gave Lorraine an exhaustive check-list and Armando with great diligence fastidiously accomplished his task. He even helped clean up a mess I made the evening before that was not on task. I will absolutely hire Made with Joy for maintenance now that my house is so clean. I highly recommend them for their friendly and thorough service. I also feel that I was very fairly charged for the service I received. Great people!

They are wonderful. I also refer them out multiple times. I have been using them for a long time. They do a great job cleaning and always flexible on timing. They do both the move in cleaning with windows cleaning carpets etc and the regular cleaning that is needed. Anyone that chooses to go with them will be very happy. I referred them recently to a client and they were very satisfied with their service as well.

I have worked with Maid with Joy for several years across three different apartments/condos. They were able to put me on a consistent cleaning schedule with a day and time that worked best for me. If I need to reschedule a cleaning, they are very responsive and communicative about finding a new time slot that works. I really appreciate how fast Lorraine is to respond to me, and mostly over text which is a plus! I have had the same cleaner, Angela, for years and she has done a great job cleaning my place and paying extra attention to small details. I highly recommend Maid with Joy!

I booked their services the day of the job which was nice being that they could come up with a team of two that same day. I was told that they would arrive between 12-1. I asked the lady making the appointment point blank "ARE YOU SURE THEY WILL BE THERE DURING THAT TIME"? She said "Oh yes, the will be there on time NO PROBLEM. I told her that I needed to make sure there would be there to let them in since it hasn't been moved into yet. Well??the 2 person team didn't arrive until 2:30. They were 2 1/2+ hours late which was unacceptable!! They were also not well prepared with the supplies that I asked them to bring. To clean the entire kitchen and the 2 bathrooms they brought only a few towels. How do you expect to clean a place the bathroom sinks, toilets, shower, bathtub, then the kitchen countertops and all of the appliences have enough 'clean' rags without reusing them? They ended up using a bunch of the paper towels which luckily were at the place?..
All I can say is that I'm having someone else come in tomm (That was unavailable today but I know does a through cleaning) and finish up?.

Two people came and cleaned for 2.5 hours. I understood they were going to clean for 2 hours and the cost would be $160.00. The refrigerator and cupboards were done well. The stove and bathroom were done to satisfaction. The floors and windows were streaked and not clean. I was told to pay in cash and the cost was $165 for 2.5 hours. I did not have cash so I wrote a check to the Cleaning person to cash and turn the cash to the company. Three calls to complain were not returned. When more calls were answered their was an offer to send the same people out for another hours to complete the job. It turned out that the cost was $140.00 for 2.5 hours and the company expected me to pay by credit card. The company is going to refund the $15.00 over payment and apologized. I declined the additional offer for the same two to come out again.

IT IS REALLY UNEVEN. IT JUST DEPENDS ON WHO YOU GET. THEY HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM. SOMETIMES YOU GET REALLY GOOD PEOPLE, THEN SOMETIMES YOU GET AVERAGE PEOPLE. SOMETIMES THEY HAVE NOT SHOWN UP, BUT I THINK THAT IS BECAUSE OF THE OFFICE. THEY ARE VERY HARDWORKING.
