They worked hard, covered a lot of ground in a short time. Afterwards I felt so much more comfortable in my home - they removed much dust and dirt from hard to clean places. They were also easy to relate to - both the management and the two house cleaners. And they responded with very little notice - the next day, as I had an unexpected guest coming.

Armando did an excellent job: he was polite, punctual, did an excellent job, was efficient and very conscientious. We couldn't be happier.

I was very happy with their service, very professional, paid close attention to detail, They used their own products-and equipment , I could not be happier. Definitely worth it They were able to accommodate my schedule.

Cleaning was great, but the crew didn't speak English which made communication difficult once they were on site. But the quality of the cleaning was great, and they were very efficient. They took much less time than estimated and still did a great job.

I had a very positive experience with this company. My house was a wreck after the recent storms. Mud everywhere and dirt. I was desperate for someone to come and clean up after the plumbers had been here for a week, and they came the same day. The prices were reasonable, and the two workers that came out did an excellent job! I will definitely use their services again and I have already recommended them to, a good friend of mine.

The agency is very efficient and responsive. They accommodated my request for a weekend cleaning and I am thankful. However the actual service providers seemed to be clueless. I sent a map so they can find the place easily and more importantly I had asked for a deep cleaning for the holidays. They seemed to be confused and asked multiple times if they were supposed to clean this or that. They had to stay longer than the allotted time and I'm happy to pay for that. But they still did not finish the work. When I asked them if they were finished with mopping and showed the stains and mud in the rooms they cleaned, they were very nice and redid the spots I showed but left the spot right next to the one they cleaned as is. After the third such example I stopped asking and just started doing the work myself. Despite asking them to clean doors and handles or cabinet doors, I had to clean them while they were still there and afterwards as I discovered some places were not even dusted. All in all the agency is good and very accommodating but the fact that deep cleaning was less than my own regular cleaning process and longer too, I was slightly disappointed in the outcome. I think they did their best and I tipped them with the holidays in mind, but I most likely would request a different service provider next time I work with this agency.
