5 years ago I inherited a 50+ year old house.  After doing numerous repairs and upgrades to the house, it was time to do something with the old porch.  I contacted Burntech/Ashler Construction.  From the start, Mike Fletcher was very professional.   He offered suggestions on what could be done with the porch, prices were reasonable, follow-up was exceptional, his employees were on time, polite and did a wonderful job cleaning up once all the work was done.   But the 'star' of their work was the front porch.  The driveway is concrete with used brick around it and 3 brick rows running through it.  Mike was able to match that brick perfectly for the porch work even though the driveway was done 25 or so years ago.  The porch work is stunning and no less than perfect.  I could not be happier.  I have sent pictures of the porch to several people and they were amazed.  Even my brother whose response was "wow, that looks fantastic".   I highly recommend them.  I plan to do some more concrete work in the future and definitely plan and give this company my future business.  If I figure out how to attach a picture with this review I will but so far I have not figured out how to do that.

"The worker arrived on time. He seemed overwhelmed. He stated: "this is a lot". I explained the projects were clearly listed prior to his arrival. I requested that he place the Ring camera on the garage facing the back entrance. He started muttering that he probably could not do this. I explained there was ample wiring in the garage, He never went into the garage to check. Rather, he placed the camera at the back door, merely replacing the light that was there. I think he spent 5 minutes doing this. This was the most important job. The payment is rigged. It is hourly or half-hourly. The worker obviously worked very slowly, taking 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan, not needing to rewire anything. He added an extra half hour at the end, claiming that he had begun a new half hour (had not). I made the decision not to have him check the gutters, as he very obviously had no expertise."

"Fast & Handy definitely lives up to the name!!! | reached out because we needed help assembling a new bed frame & they responded within minutes. Not only did they come a few minutes later the same day, but they went above and beyond. We have a newborn so things are a bit tricky but they helped us disassemble our old bed, move the old mattress into storage in our building and then assembled the new frame perfectly. They work together as a team really well & were really fast with everything. On top of that, they were so kind and professional & made sure everything was perfect before leaving. "they prepared by covering all surrounding areas to avoid spills, patched, sanded and primered wooden post and applied 2 coats of exterior paint.

For the large BBQ cabana, they covered all surrounding areas to prevent accidents to our stainless steel BBQ grills, ceramic islands, tables and floors. Did a great job in preventing damages on property. The job entitled sanding, cleaning the wood, applied 2 coats of exterior stain and 2 of marine varnish. It restored our deteriated BBQ area, and we now, have a new fresh looking cabana for our residents to enjoy.

The clubhouse wooden kitchen cabinets needed to be refinished. They did an awesome job by first covered all areas involved in the job. They were detailed in their performance because they removed the cabinet doors, drawers, hinges and door handles. Their job was very detailed. We saw the wood was completely sanded and cleaned. Then, 2 coats of custom stain was applied followed by 2 coats of laquer.

They worked diligently and late to accomplish deadline. Everything offered in the contract was done.
