I did not have work done by this company. But I did follow the advice and got a handyman who was willing to work with us on configuring a trapdoor type grill from the existing one that fell off. So far, so good. <br />

The movers were very courteous and prompt. Maybe a little work on attentiveness when moving a BBQ grill out to the truck, as a slight spill on the floor from the grill's grease pan. Fortunately, the mover was able to notice and quickly cleaned up as well as being apologetic.
