The fence is a dual sided redwood privacy fence that he hand cut on the last plank to line it up with the curves of a tree! We mentioned that the neighbors didn't want to be able to see through it, so he ensured they can't. I also appreciate that he took an old gate I wanted to repurpose as a trash can screen and incorporated it into the fence design with no problem. We are very happy to recommend Pristine Construction. It is always difficult to have construction work done while living in your home. However, our bathrooms were completed early without any re-work. Nathan's work crews always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. 

A couple of high points:

 1) Nathan was very helpful when we were selecting bathroom fixtures and materials (tile, grout, and paint). This was a painless process totaling about 3 hours.

 2) Nathan and Mike (company co-owner) always dropped by our home to check on the work being performed as well as to answer any of our questions. Nathan and Mike pay close attention to detail and don't hesitate to point out any concerns to their work crews.

 3) We were always kept informed as to when work crews would show up and what work was to be performed.

 4) In 1 bathroom, some extra plumbing was required after demolition exposed some issues. This resulted in a 1 day schedule delay. However, the work was completed without extra charge to us because Nathan does not use outside contractors. His work crews, headed up by Mike, do the work themselves.

 5) We were comfortable with having a lock box on our door so that work crews could get access to our home when we were not there.

In a nutshell, we are very pleased with our new bathrooms and are anxious to show them off this Thanksgiving.

"We wanted our backyard to host guests and the rest with a natural touch. Josef helped us come up with a mix of paver patio and turf. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. The turf drains well, and the pavers stay cool even in the heat. Everything is solid, ad we now use that part of the yard every weekend."
