He did a ton of extras at no cost including installing a disability-safe toilet and grab bars for my elderly mother, fixing my stove, getting rid of my dozens of moving-in boxes, installing heaters and a sink, added a lovely cabinet and shelves in my laundry room, and more all free of charge.
