"I had been looking for a contractor to fix my window frame so my window would close for a year. Everyone just wanted to replace my windows. Richard is really knowledgeable about how buildings are constructed and always tries to just fix the problem. I had him come out to assess the problem and maybe fit it. At least he could tell what the exact problem, fix it or tell me what kind of contractor I should be looking for. What he found was a ton of lint and cat hair on the rollers on the bottom. He took out the window, checked and cleaned the rollers and the track then replaced the window. He showed me how it happened so I can avoid this. I cannot say enough positive about Richard.
