My project was a major renovation of a 1985 Victorian home that suffered a devastating fire. Erik and his team did a beautiful job following my architect’s plans, and was also proactive about calling out necessary changes. He was very patient with all of my changes and very specific requests, and was a very calming influence when unexpected surprises inevitably arose during construction. The final results are beautiful, and an historic house has been saved. I look forward to working with Erik again in the future!

He and I agreed the pricing he charge me, everything almost go to the end but when we read the contract he's asking down payment too much over my hand he asked for $120,000 down payment not even started, I told him I don't agreed to pay $120,00 since I don't know who they are. Even the bank wouldn't approve that much amount of money since they don't provide anything what he's done for the project, because the bank needs to see and what could' have done with the property. Then he told me we try work it out I keep calling him they are not answering yet they said they were honest, I texted him several times but he never answered, just wanna know if they will gonna come in or out so I stop calling him and never deal with him. I am not reliable on this guy what he said. Please not considering hire this guy.

They were very prompt with the estimate and have come out and been on time. I do wish he had taken notes on the project.
