There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming. Eric is a great communicator and is always asking the customer if they need anything. Working with a contractor for the first time is always a nervous experience, but EA Homebuilders delivered on everything, and they will be invited to bid on all of my future projects."

Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."

The crew was always on time, worked hard, but also meticulously, paying attention to the little details.
