They have not yet contacted me regarding the work to be done. As I am preparing to go on a vacation and will not return until the middle of next week, I'm in no hurry. If I haven't heard from them by the end of next week (May 29), I will contact them the following week.

I had paid the $1,000 advance by Visa through Angie's List, since Best Exteriors only accepts Pay Pal. Angie's sent them a check, but Best Exteriors said they didn't know what it was for, so it took two months to get an agreement signed. It seems to me that they could have called Angie's to ask what it was for. If I received a check for that much and didn't know why, I'd be on the phone right away to find out. I paid it in March. The job was done in July.

The crew of two men showed up on time and did a great job installing the windows. The problems started after the windows were in. The re-installed my two window air conditioners, but left large gaps around them where wind and water could get in.

 They fixed one of them before they left, but I had to call the office to get the other one done. It was fixed a week later, but then Alex called me and said it was not part of their job to put the A/C back in, and the customer should make the arrangements for that. Well, alright, but he didn't tell me that when he came out to make the arrangements for the work to be done. It would have been a deal breaker for me, as I am elderly and not strong enough to do that. He said they had "gone above and beyond" by putting the A/C back in for me, but I don't think it's too much to expect them to put things back as they were when they started the job. Certainly they should have told me if it wasn't part of the agreement.

We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."
