"I love my new Windows! Gary, window consultant gave a great in home consultation, did demos with actual windows and answered all questions and was thorough. Months later windows are finally installed and they are beautiful and changed the look of my entire house. I highly recommend Brothers if you need new windows and I’m so glad I found them in the Angi app. I had a number of different sub contractors in my house through Lowe’s and other companies I found through google that were quoting me insanely high prices after walking through my house , spending 3 minutes before they gave me my insane estimate. Brothers does windows only, has been in business for 30 years (my window installer, Wes has been with the company for 25 years, so that speaks volumes) so they know what they’re doing and got the windows installed so quickly, they were done in a day. If I ever need new windows again, I’d go with them again and will recommend to any friends and neighbors as well."

They were well experienced such that they identified the doors delivered were 3 inches short (Home Depot's fault) and worked with Home Depot to get new ones delivered and reinstalled them in quick time. "The job went smoothly, replacing the rollers in two large glass sliding doors. Prior to the job, they were almost impossible to move, now they roll in the track like new. I was a bit surprised by the price, however, the entire job took under three hours and four new rollers were installed, yet the price was almost $1,000, which seems high."

"Am amazed at how hard it is to find a company to replace window glass. I talked to 5 outfits before finding Roxy. They were a breath fresh air."

"(1) Scheduling was difficult. I was told materials would be ordered within 3 days (it was 1-1/2 weeks), I was told work could begin with 2 weeks (it was 3 weeks) and I was told work would take 3 days (it was 5 days). This made it difficult to schedule other renovation contractors. (2) [Person in office] did not want me to call her on the phone and told me to communicate via email only, which slowed communication. (3) There are 2 areas with minor rippling in the laminate. It's not too noticeable, but prevents me from recommending them to a friend because it is sub-par work. (4) Worker left paint splatters all over my refrigerator, sliding glass doors, bathroom sink, and bathroom floor. Other that all of the above, my experience was good/average. Kind of a high price for the quality of work. Not good enough to recommend to a friend, but acceptable."
