We replaced approx 30% of the T-11 siding on my house in Antelope, replaced all the trim affected by dry rot and replaced the windows/slider. As they were sealing the new windows we could already tell the difference in the noise and how warm the sun felt through the glass. Brian was the lead installer for the windows and Ken for the siding project and they extremely knowledgeable and were fine with working around our 3 big dogs who had to go outside for bathroom breaks."

He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with.
