"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor.
