"Charles and his crew had to deal with a string of rainy days in the middle of the job, AND the impending Safer At Home lockdown. Other companies might have made excuses or cut corners. Not CRS. The guys did a terrific job, listening to our input and checking to make sure we were satisfied with each stage. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!!
