Ricardo's was the best of several bids for the project; he came out right away when I called to look at the work to be done and e-mailed a detailed, professional proposal (unlike the verbal or just scribbled total cost we got from 2 others!) He listened carefully to what we wanted and made professional recommendations such as the type of paint to best cover our formerly oil-based painted interior trim. He and his friendly, hard-working crew did a beautiful job and were careful about protecting furniture, not letting our dogs get out and cleaning up after each day's work. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!!
