Men were very prompt and went right to work. Did a great job cleaning window and gutters. The only problem was even though they did 'clean' the tracks they still left quite a bit of dirt behind, so really weren't cleaned properly.

I purchased the Deal adding my best dates, No response from Window Genie. A week later, I called and left a nice voice message for Anthony that I wanted to schedule my service. No response. A week later I left another voice message and sent an email through AL. No response to either. 3 days later I called and had to leave another voice message. I'm done. I've just requested a refund.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for window cleaning by Window Genie on 2/27/17 and Gave 3 preferred dates I would like them to come. I expected a call back from Window Genie to confirm appt but received no call. I then called WG in early April to schedule the appt. for window cleaning but they couldn't find the order which was paid to Angie's List. After much searching the order was found and an appt. scheduled to come out on a Tuesday between 9:00 - 10:00a.m. They never showed up. I called Window Genie at 11:30a.m. That day and the call went directly to voice mail. I left a message for them to call me and no one called back. I called Angie's List and my order was refunded. I would not use this company. Very unreliable.

The windows were washed satisfactorily. Unfortunately, an inexpensive $10 glass candle holder was broken by their representative (Bobby). He was very apologetic, clearly an accident. He wrote "Please send refund check of $10 per broken candle stick" on my invoice. I called the company 4 weeks later when no check was received. I spoke with Anthony, who was rude and condescending stating that Bobby "misspoke" and refused to honor the refund request. I am thankful that my Waterford picture frame (placed next to the candle holder) was not the item that was broken.
