"Project: Resurface pool deck area, patio and driveway. Kaveh and his crew were outstanding. Kaveh was on site every day and did not leave until all questions I had were answered. Oscar and the two other crew members were always courteous, friendly and ready to explain every procedure. At the end of each days work they always cleaned up and never left a mess. They were always ready for work at 0800 and put in a full days work. Initially, I did not know what to expect. but the final product was absolutely outstanding. Some of the contractors I contacted first did not even return my calls. Kaveh was not the first but I was fortunate in that he was my final choice. I might add, that every time I called Kaveh it was he who picked up the call and that is important to me. Everyone in my family was amazed at the quality of the work. The backyard as well as the patio and drive look new. I would recommend Kaveh without a doubt to anyone planning on renewing their deck or other surface."

"This company is very willing to correct anything and basically did a good job. My house was built in 1927. They explained, after they started painting and when I realized they weren't doing any sanding preparation, that they couldn't sand because the paint probably contained lead. I accepted this explanation but had they told me prior to starting, I would have sanded the areas myself. Some time after, I found out that there is a simple test for lead. I appreciate the fact that this is a green company, but an explanation about the sanding should have been given at the time of contract. I respect green concerns and use no pesticides or other toxic chemicals

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice.
