"I had a leak in a pipe in the radiant heating pipes in the slab under my house. James was able to isolate the leak and re plumb my system without cutting a hole in the slab. He and his crew did some great creative plumbing that took care of the leak and separated the unused radiant system from my household plumbing and they even installed a new tankless heater in a single days work.. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

However, it’s easier on the house and the yard if a home can be hooked up to a municipal system, which is why septic tanks are best for homes where that isn’t an option. Your garbage disposal will only affect the health of your septic tank if you’re using it too frequently, or filling it with organic waste that doesn’t fully break down. If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.

Most deep wells can be expected to last somewhere between 30 and 50 years. This assumes that the well and all of its components are properly maintained on a regular basis.
