"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Very professional and prompt service. Install was fast and easy. The window sensor equipment is on the lower end of quality though."

"Ernesto responded quickly with a great price quote, and answered my questions. He was on time, and did careful work---even gently cleaning windows that had a UV-blocking vinyl film on them, at my request. My garage door windows also got included---what a difference! It's so great to have clean windows. I won't wait so long this time, before I call Nesto's again."

The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.
