We were unfortunately running behind for both appointments, the client was called on both occasions to reschedule. Due to increased traffic in our service area, and the possibility of unforeseen job site complications, we will be scheduling all onsite bids with a two hour window of arrival.Service Provider Response
In reviewing the email correspondence between the client and myself, I see that there were over ten emails after a quote had been submitted. On 5/07/13 I gave the customer a quote, on 5/13/13 the customer stated he'd like to hire me based on the initial quote, and that he was waiting on approval from his HOA. On 6/04/13 customer emailed stating he had the approval of HOA, and that he'd like to change the scope of the job by adding additional colors and design elements, and that he'd like me to commence work on 6/24/13. I responded to that email on 6/12/13 and stated that the changes to the design from the original quote would incur more cost, and that I could schedule this job to start in six weeks, after that email I did not hear back from this client until receiving this review. As a small business owner, and craftsman, I have a commitment to provide quality work to each client. I have been quite fortunate in having a great client base that keeps my business consistently booked. When I start a job, I physically work on that job, and oversee the operations until the project is complete to insure a well crafted job and a happy costumer. It is unfortunate that my schedule didn't coincide with this potential clients' needs.
