Dan and his team, Kevin, Owen and Grizz were so great! I had a plan in mind and Dan worked with me In order to make it happen and it turned out beautifully. They were all very professional and they cleaned up everyday before they left the job. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Couldn’t be happier, Great job guys!

Dan came out right away and gave an estimate on replacing our 2 car driveway. We decided to expand the side yard to make a 4 car driveway, and he accommodated the day of the start of work. Gave us an awesome price! He and his son were here 3 days, and finished everything. They are clean, professional and friendly. I would recommend Ultimate Concrete to anyone! Awesome! It looks great and Dan and his team did a fabulous job! They explained everything before, during and after the job. All that is left is to remove the forms in a couple of days.

Could not have been better. All workers were friendly, but professional. Work was performed on time and the site was left in a safe condition.

We had an idea in mind and Dan recommended something else for specific reasons. It made a lot of sense and he was the best price for the work that needed to be done. He also helped with some drainage issues we had from previous contract work. Dan was very organized, professional, and clean. It was such a pleasure to work with him. My decks were in disrepair and had both stains and cracks which needed to be addressed. The business owner and crew were here daily and in a timely manner.  The work was completed on time and as promised without issue. All work was explained thoroughly and the color choices were presented to me. Very well.  Love the final product.  Professional and on-time.  Many compliments from neighbors and from landscapers.

OK:   I discovered an error in the fill-in blocks and have hopefully corrected it  (OVerall should have been A, price B).

However, I must also say that this is the 3rd review of these people I have submitted.   Angie's List keeps asking me to submit reviews on people I have already reviewed.

Dan did an excellent job. He consistently communicated his plans and schedule, providing his insight and thoughts on the best way to accomplish our needs for a superior outcome. He obtained the necessary city permits and also ensured the city did their part to complete their required part of the job once his portion was complete. He stopped by several times to inspect his work and encouraged us to recontact him in the future if any issues or concerns arise.  We felt really lucky to have Dan do this job for us. Can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of his work. The finished product is beautiful.

The process was smooth and the finished concrete looked great.

Dan was great to work with, he kept us informed about when he would be on site and was always on time.  Everything went as promised.  My narrow yard sloped toward the house; he excavated and leveled the area, added a drain and patio, and installed a wall to keep the planter area from eroding.  I wanted the wall to tie into my landscape boulders and it turned out better than I expected.  He planned the drainage and ended up doing  more than we originally discussed.  He suggested ways to tie the patio drain into our existing system which we have since finished and it works wonderfully.  I couldn't be happier about the result.  Dan was on the job every day with 3-5 other workers; everyone was very courteous.  Great experience, I would definitely hire him again.  I don't know if the price was competitive (I didn't get any other bids) - I have had many bad contractor experiences and I felt completely at ease after meeting Dan.  I felt he would do the job right and I was ok with the price he quoted.

They did a wonderful job even added some extra little patch job.  From the moment they showed to do the est. to the final job cleanup they where great.  I held off giving a review to see how it would hold up. All of or neighbors have said it looks great. I liked how they made suggestions and listened to what my wife was looking for.  The frame work was solid and the amount of rebar  was impressive.  I have had concrete work done before and this was better than all other work done.

Great guys who came on a Sunday and poured the extended patio pad, there were professional, committed to an arrival time and showed up ready for work. They explained the process, let me watch and answered all of my questions.  I recommend them to others and will most certainly be using them in the future.

Quality work with no shortcuts.

We could not be more pleased with our new driveway.  The old driveway was terribly cracked and did not drain properly.  The new driveway is beautiful, and the drainage problem was expertly resolved by Ultimate Concrete.  Everyone who worked on the project was courteous and professional.  We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Ultimate Concrete. 

I had a parking pad which was in very poor condition and was in need of replacement. I started the bid process using Angie's list
of various contractors. Dan arrived at my residence, took measurements, and e-mailed me his quote a day later. After reviewing all the bids, I chose Ultimate Concrete. Not because they were the lowest bid, but because they had such good reviews. Dan also has an excellent website attached to Angie's list so you can see his prior jobs and judge the quality of the work.
My job took three days to complete. On day one Dan and his crew arrived on time completing the demolition process, hauling away the old concrete, and cleaning up the debris. Day two they graded the surface so that it was even and sloped away from my house for better drainage. He set the forms, laid the Rebar and installed a rubber membrane between my existing drive way and along the side walk so that once the parking pad was poured, it would have room to expand and contract thus prevent cracking of the concrete. On day three the concrete was poured. Dan and his crew spent a lot of time and effort to ensure the finish work was done properly. I was completely satisfied with the job and the quality of his work. He takes the time to listen to the customer, addresses any concerns, answers all questions. I highly recommend him for your concrete needs. I'm sure you've heard the old adage "You get what you pay for.in this world." If you want Cheap, you'll get crap. If you want quality call Dan.

Dan, did a fabulous job.  He was punctual and extremely polite which I greatly appreciate.  I have had extensive remodeling done to my home for the past 3 months and Dan was, by far, the most professional contractor.  He was here at the time he said he would be to give me a bid and started the 2 day job the next week.  I am extremely hapy with his work!  Thank you, Dan.

They did a great job.  They used a laser to slope the sidewalk away from the house for proper rain drainage.

His quote was competitive and he performed the tasks within budget and in the time frame we agreed to. We would definitely use him again.
